This order form is designed to be filled-in and submitted on-line. To place your order select the services you want from each row by typing in the amount of the service in the Order Column. Once you have selected the appropriate items, total the Order Column for those items selected and enter the Total Price in the Order Column. Then print this page for your records. Then proceed to the payment section near the bottom of this page.

We recommend setting up the basic hosting package. This allows minimal cost during the setting up of your domain name and designing your website. This will also place your business on the web more quickly, since we will provide you with a temporary home page that will tell your viewers that your site is currently under development. Your viewers will be able to send you email directly from your temporary home page and you can begin using your email address with your present and future customers. Your email will be automatically forwarded to the your address of choice. If you already have a domain name for this account do not select Domain Name Registration. Select the Transfer Domain Option and include the domain name you are transferring above. If not, please attach a list of acceptable domain names. We can do the search and secure the name(s) and point it directly to our server. This will save you time and money. We will setup your under construction site pending your final design and notify you as soon as it is up. We can also assist you in designing your site based on your input and our expertise. This will leave you to the important task of running your business, while we do the design, maintain and promote your online presence.

E-Commerce Options

The Miva Shopping Cart can be added to your site to allow your customers to shop and purchase your products or services online directly from your website. You will need all of the items listed below to have an online storefront, that allows your customers to purchase your products from your website using their credit card, debit card or e-check. The Miva Shopping Cart requires that you have a merchant account and processor. The merchant account and processor require that you have a secure site for transferring credit card data. All costs are charged monthly with the exception of the installation of SSL, that is a one-time setup fee. We recommend ordering the Miva Shopping Cart first, so that your database of products and services can be designed and setup. This can take several weeks to build, depending on the number of products or services you wish to sell online. The merchant account services can be added when the storefront design is complete.

Payments:

Once we receive your order we will send you a bill by email through our secure PayPal server. In the email will be a link to our account at PayPal where you can make your payment by credit card, debit card or check directly into our account. This is absolutely the most secure payment method available today. Any future bills will be sent to you using the PayPal system. This is for your security as well as ours.

All Hosting Contracts and Services are paid in advance monthly.

All payments must be made in advance of service by the 25th. of the month preceding the requested service. Bills for each month of service will be e-mailed through PayPal 10 days prior to the due date. Your account will be activated as soon as we receive confirmation of your payment. This generally takes no more than 1 day through PayPal.
