Virtual Server Order Form

To place your order please fill in the customer information below and then proceed to the next section to select the virtual server and options you wish to order.

To place your order scroll down to the type of server you want.  Each server requires a one-time setup fee and a monthly server fee.  These amounts are fixed and cannot be changed.  Next you must select either domain registration or domain transfer by typing in the correct amount in the box to the right.  Each virtual server must have a root domain name for accessing the server and hosting your website(s).  You can create a new domain or use one you already have.  The next step is to decide whether you need any of the Add-Ons listed near the bottom of this page or you can add them later after your server is setup and operating.  We recommend waiting to install the Virtual Server Add-Ons until you are ready to start creating product pages.  At that point you will need to upgrade to the Miva Server with Shopping Cart Software and add the SSL feature.  Once you are done selecting the items, you will need to total your order.  Then print a copy for your records.

Each time you host an additional domain name on your virtual server, you will be charged a one-time setup fee of $25.00 per domain.

The Miva Server Package allows you to create an online storefront with product catalog and order processing.

SSL provides a secure connection for online order processing of sensitive data, such as credit card encryption.

In order to process credit card transactions online, you will also need a merchant account.  There are several options available.

Payments

Once we receive your order we will send you a bill by email through our secure PayPal server.  In the email will be a link to our account at PayPal where you can make your payment by credit card, debit card or check directly into our account.  This is absolutely the most secure payment method available today.  Any future bills will be sent to you using the PayPal system.  This is for your security as well as ours.  PayPal is a FREE service for our customers sending online payments.

All Virtual Server Contracts and Services are paid in advance monthly.

All payments must be made in advance of service by the 25th. of the month preceding the requested service. Bills for each month of service will be e-mailed through PayPal 10 days prior to the due date.  Your account will be activated as soon as we receive confirmation of your payment.  This generally takes no more than 1 day using your credit card or debit card through PayPal.  E-checks may take up to 5 business days to process and clear through the banking system.

Within 48 hours of confirmation of payment, we send complete instructions on how to setup and manage your virtual server.
